For our customer, a global transmission manufacturer, an integrated S&OP planning process was developed and SAP IBP was implemented. The implementation of a monthly planning routine secured supply across five production plants, increased capacity utilization and improved market supply security thanks to clear processes, communication routines and reporting standards.

Logistics Planning

We successfully implemented a European logistics center for a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of polymer-based precision seals, bearings and customized molded parts. The range of services included the holistic planning and realization of the logistics center including buildings, logistics installations and IT integration (SAP/EWM). The result is a turnkey, state-of-the-art logistics center. Here, all customer specifications were met in terms of budgets, timeline and quality.
