Structure production lines

For a globally active electronics group with over 240,000 employees and a high double-digit million turnover, the industrialization of a battery management system for e-cars was implemented at three new locations. For the four different products, a total of 4 manual and 17 highly automated lines were successfully set up, commissioned and ramped up in parallel.

Review Operations Footprint

For a world-leading and globally active manufacturer of plastic products, the current operations footprint was reviewed and a future-proof production network was designed in line with requirements. Subsequently, a production site was accompanied during the transfer to the future setting over a period of one year and optimized in parallel with regard to cost efficiency. Overall, the measures have reduced total costs by around €4.5 million p.a.

Production concept

For a leading manufacturer of inverter systems, a highly efficient production concept was developed for a new product, enabling competitive manufacturing at the German site. Based on this, a future-proof plant layout, factory and site development concept was developed, and the personnel, equipment and investment requirements were determined.
