, lbFor one of the world’s largest automotive suppliers, we were allowed to set up and handle the industrialization of production facilities for an electric motor program with five OEMs.. Despite complex challenges (worldwide locations and suppliers) at the start of the project, the SOP deadlines were met “on time” with the help of TMG’s proven tools and methods.

On behalf of a Tier 1, TMG set up a task force at a French supplier to prevent under-delivery at two OEMs. Extensive measures ranging from the store floor, the establishment of a temporary “parallel organization” to organizational adjustments in the local management team stabilized the situation and prevented line stoppages.
